Urban summer flair at AI Summer 2025 in the semi-open Sage Restaurant in Berlin
Urban summer flair at the AI Summer 2025 in the semi-open Sage Restaurant in BerlinIt was a moderation with a great view, right on the Spree, surrounded by palm trees and with BBQ, all great organized by BIG PICTURE GmbH.
The topic was all about AI agents.
This tech deep dive in a relaxed beach club atmosphere was a complete success. Despite the complex topics, the exchange was very personal and informal and we are sure that everyone took a few inspiring ideas home with them.
🚀 On the stage made of sand:
Oliver Autumn from VR Business Club and Foundation Metaverse Europe with a strong opening keynote on AI & values (humans are in the driver’s seat, but only if they evolve at the same pace as AI…)
Maximilian Vogel from Big Picture on AI agents in use (8 years of corporate experience with AI, well-known customers and specified use cases)
Christian Meierhoff from FIEGE with a field report from logistics (complaint management 70% more efficient / need for personnel reduced from 13 to 3, amazing success)
Matthias Geitz from LS-IP Loth & Spuhler on automated brand analysis for legal & compliance (enormous savings in time & employees through the use of the AI tool Kiip)
Max Heintze from Big Picture and Secure Code Warrior with me in the Fireside Chat on the current market situation (Conclusion: be careful with your data, upskilling your teams NOW – especially marketing & IT – cyber security is becoming one of the most relevant topics, creative is AI “only” by creating new things, but the risks are getting bigger, what currently distinguishes us humans from AI is planning and ability to act… let’s use this!)
Thorsten Heintke from flowedoo and Dr. Klaus Wildhirt from Fresenius University of Applied Sciences Integration of AI with management expertise (use of an AI canvas)
Leonid Sokolov from BIG PICTURE on Conversational AI (developing a persona for chatbots from a developer’s perspective)
Then the barbecue was fired up. Compliments to Max Heintze, best grill master ever! From homemade salads and dressings to the bar service, everything was perfectly thought out and made with love.
In the afternoon, we continued hands-on in focus groups to identify use cases with AI agents, implementation with the AI canvas and with “Tone of Voice”.
Thanks to all the speakers, participants and partners, we should definitely continue this format. Nothing that was said was “built on sand” and pretty much everything we currently need to know about AI developments was highlighted and masterfully presented.
