Review of the VR Business Club Space Event on 23.5.25 – Experience further education up close
Hearing is one thing – experiencing is another! At the latest VR Business Club Space event, we made this difference tangible. Instead of just talking about proven training and coaching models, the participants were able to experience them directly in virtual reality.
The focus was on tried-and-tested models such as the iceberg model, the inner team according to Schulz von Thun, the escalation levels according to Glasl and work on the META level and the logical levels according to Dilts. These concepts were not only explained, but actively experienced in the virtual space – embedded in realistic application scenarios for training and coaching.
Our Head of Space, Petra Isabel Schlerit, certified VR coach & developer and experienced trainer, gave an impressive demonstration of how these models can be implemented in the Arthur platform. The participants were able to see for themselves how VR technology is not only discussed, but also used sensibly in training. Real examples, well-founded practical ideas and lively discussions ensured an intensive exchange of ideas.
The feedback was clear: impressive, tangible, inspiring – a strong indication of how effective immersive methods can be in a corporate context. HR professionals and training managers who are looking for concrete, practice-oriented solutions – not theoretical visions – were particularly addressed.
This event showed once again that virtual reality is not a topic for the future – it is a living reality in today’s HR development.
A big thank you to all participants for their commitment and open exchange!
