Review – VR Business Club Reality Connect

Today’s Reality Connect focused on VR EasySpeech, a specific use case that demonstrates how virtual reality is already being used in a business setting.

Ahmadou presented the tool as a training environment for presentation and public speaking, where users can practice in realistic scenarios such as meeting rooms, auditoriums, or stages. Users can upload their own presentations, while the application provides AI-based feedback in real time.

The key difference from traditional training sessions quickly became clear:

Communication is no longer assessed subjectively, but is now made measurable.

Eye contact, clarity of speech, filler words, and tone of voice are specifically evaluated and made visible.

This has a particularly strong impact in the HR context.

Instead of isolated training sessions, a continuous learning process emerges in which employees can immediately see where they stand. As a result, even skeptical participants begin to actively reflect on the impact they have.

Particularly compelling were the insights into real-world use cases and the clear positioning as a scalable B2B tool. Priced at 2,800 euros per year for up to 12 concurrent users, the solution is designed to be widely adopted across organizations.

The issue of data protection was also handled properly, with hosting on German servers and appropriate encryption—a fundamental requirement for many organizations.

What remains from the session

Many people talk about better communication.

This is where you can see what someone is really like.

Not theory.

But rather a direct reflection.
