Using the example of the “Five safety rules for switching on electrical systems”, VET staff learn to use VR as a learning medium in Training 4.0. The training takes place in a VR environment specially developed for this purpose. Different didactic scenarios are trained. For example, in a role play, the roles of teacher and learner are alternated. The immersive experiences gained in the process serve to pose the question of how VET staff can best apply VR learning in their own training practice.
